Adrián Pliego Cortés

Extensive experience in continuous tax advice both in direct taxation (Corporate Income Tax, Inheritance Tax, taxation under the tax consolidation regime, venture capital companies, UTEs and small entities, application of agreements and non-resident regulations, as well as Personal Income Tax) and indirect taxation (VAT, Transfer Tax, Special Taxes, Customs Income, etc.).

He also has experience in advising and assisting clients in the initiation of proceedings by the tax authorities and inspection bodies and has extensive experience in advising on international taxation of individuals (expatriates - impatriates).

Master's Degree in Corporate Tax Advice from the Instituto de Empresa, Law School, Madrid.

Victor Ceballos Niebla

Partner of the Commercial and Banking Law Department

Specialized in Financial and Banking Law, especially against the improper marketing of financial derivatives and abusive clauses, such as the IRPH index, floor clauses, interest rate swaps, preferred participations, structured, subordinated debt or multicurrency mortgages.

Lawyer defending a non-profit association from which he collectively defends the interests of bank clients (consumers and/or retailers). He is a University Expert in Abusive Clauses in the field of Consumer Contracts.

He is also an expert in corporate and tax advice on national and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations of corporate groups and family estates in inheritance matters.

Javier Jaenes Pizarro

Partner of the Procedural Law Department

Specialized in family law, separation, divorce, guardianship and custody, parental authority, visitation, pensions and inheritance. Member of the Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA).

He intervenes in criminal and civil proceedings. Gender violence, juvenile criminal law, economic crimes and crimes against road safety and traffic. Claims for injuries in traffic accidents, medical negligence, construction negligence and, in short, against any action that gives rise to claims against insurance companies, jointly requesting criminal liability where appropriate.

Regular contributor to various media outlets as a consultant in criminal and civil proceedings, as well as a regular speaker at conferences on civil and criminal liability for third parties.
